Export
We export our products to European countries and we will invoice in euros or the local currency. For all export orders please contact the office for shipping quotations. You will be responsible for all import duties into your own country. Prices quoted are excluding works and guaranteed bank payments must have been received prior to shipment or collection unless otherwise agreed.
Postage and Packaging
All orders for delivery in the UK are included in the price quoted to you. All items are posted first class, shipped by courier within the UK or delivered personally. Please allow 7 to 10 days from the time of your order and payment for delivery within the UK.
Returns and Refund Policy
You may cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by emailing enquiries@electricheatingsolutions.co.uk and we will return your un-cashed cheque, within 30 days of your order.
